Step 2 – You’ll see the official page  and now here simply click on the blue “Unlock Now” Button

Step 3 – You’ll see a login page in the next page.

Step 4 – Once logged in, you’ll see the Unlock Application page

Step 5 – Now  fill in all required fields and then click on that green Apply button.

Step 6 – In the next page, you’ll need to enter a verification code sent to you via SMS to ypur number.

Step 7 – Once you have submitted the 6 digits code, you’ll then be taken to a  page and you need to do is just waiting for Xiaomi to review and approve .

Step 8-Once approved, you’ll get another SMS 

After Approval Process

 Step 1 – On your device and  login to your Mi account.

Step 2 – simply  Reboot your device into bootloader mode by pressing the Power button and Volume down button simunataleously.

Step 3 – Open MiFlash Unlock tool on you PC and Click on the Agree button when asked.

Step 4 – Login to mi unlock with your mi account and now connect your phone to pc in the download mode.

Step 5 –  After that  click on the Unlock button to start the process which will take around 10-20 seconds

now you are eligible to flash new custom roms

PS -- GUYS PLZ MAKE SURE TO DISABLE DRIVER SIGNATURE ENFORCEMENT IF YOUR REDMI NOTE 3 UNLOCKING PROCESS STUCK AT 50%....CZ ONLY AFTER THAT UR PC WILL TAKE UP THE USB DEBBUGING GIVEn BY YOUR DEVICE!!
