First time installing Omni ROM to your GT-S7582, or coming from another ROM:
Copy GApps and Omni ROM ZIPs to your SD Card
- Boot into Recovery
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Flash Omni ROM zip from SD Card
- Flash GApps zip from SD Card
- Reboot
